How long does shipping take for my MTM watch?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective film is intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, all MTM watches feature a minimum water resistance of 5ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for daily wear and light swimming.
Do you provide a warranty on your timepieces?
Every MTM watch comes with a 2-year limited international warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna or Afterpay.
How do I adjust the size of my watch band?
For metal link bracelets, we include a sizing tool with your order. For leather or silicone straps, the buckle allows for standard adjustment to fit most wrist sizes.
